Born and raised in Deep East Texas, Heath Walker brings a sound rooted in gritty Texas Country and soulful Southern Rock—a blend of blue-collar honesty, southern swagger, and stories that come straight from real life.

Before music became his career, Heath spent more than 15 years in the oilfield. In 2021, after facing one career roadblock after another, he finally pulled the trigger on a calling God had placed on his heart as a young boy. His love for music started at the age of three, but it wasn’t until he began singing and playing guitar in church that he realized other people connected with it too. What started as something personal quickly became something he couldn’t ignore. With the same grit, work ethic, and determination that carried him through years in the oilfield, Heath turned a lifelong passion into a pursuit that ultimately changed the course of his life.

In August 2023, he played his first live show—and he hasn’t looked back since.

Since then, Heath has shared the stage with some of the most respected names in Texas and country music, including Gary P. Nunn, Tracy Byrd, The Bellamy Brothers, Stoney LaRue, Aaron Watson, Roger Creager, Kevin Fowler, John Conlee, Sammy Kershaw, Wade Bowen, and others.

Whether it’s just him and a guitar, a stripped-down duo, or a full band, Heath brings an honest, heartfelt performance every time he steps on stage. His music carries the grit of small-town life, the edge of an outlaw spirit, and the soul of southern roots. You’ll hear stories of hard work, faith, family, heartbreak, and hometown pride, all wrapped in rugged guitar tones and heartfelt vocals.

On May 15, 2026, Heath released his debut album, Back Down Home, a collection of songs inspired by the people, places, and experiences that shaped him. The album captures the heart of who he is—an East Texas songwriter with dirt on his boots, a story to tell, and a passion for creating music that feels as real as the life he’s lived.

Because for Heath Walker, music isn’t about being polished or perfect—it’s about being honest, being authentic, and giving people something they can feel long after the last song ends.
